- You must display Yelp branding and attribution wherever Yelp data is shown publicly.
- Yelp data may not be cached, stored, or redistributed beyond its intended display purpose.
- The free tier is intended for development and personal use. Commercial use requires a license from Yelp.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of your Yelp API key complies with Yelp's terms. LeadSheets is not affiliated with Yelp.
- Email lookup is powered by Hunter.io under their Terms of Service.
- Emails returned are publicly indexed and intended for professional outreach only.
- You must comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL when contacting any email — always include an opt-out option.
- Do not use retrieved emails for spam, harassment, or unsolicited bulk messaging.
- Free tier allows 25 searches per month. Paid plans required for higher volume.
- Google Maps ranking data is retrieved via SerpApi under their Terms of Service.
- SerpApi handles all Google ToS compliance. You are not directly querying Google's APIs.
- SerpApi data may not be resold as a standalone data product.
- Free tier provides 100 searches per month. Paid plans start at ~$50/month.
- Google search results via SerpApi remain the intellectual property of Google LLC.
- You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws including GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, and CASL when using generated leads.
- LeadSheets does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any data returned by third-party APIs.
- By using LeadSheets you agree that you are solely liable for any violations of third-party API terms from your usage.

📋 Your Responsibilities as a User
When you use LeadSheets, you are connecting your own third-party API keys to our interface. By doing so, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the individual terms of service for each API provider (Yelp, Hunter.io, SerpApi) and that you take full responsibility for your usage of those credentials.
LeadSheets acts solely as an interface layer. We do not make API calls on your behalf using our own credentials, we do not store your results on our servers, and we do not have access to the data you generate. All API calls are made client-side or through stateless serverless functions that do not retain any data.
Outreach to any individual or business using data generated by LeadSheets must comply with all applicable anti-spam and privacy laws in your jurisdiction. This includes providing a clear opt-out mechanism in any email communication, not misrepresenting your identity, and honoring any requests to stop contact.
